World War II veteran Charles Henry Walter, 89, with some of his prized hunting trophies in his Knoxville home. He flew 25 missions over Europe as a B-26 tail gunner in the 323rd Bombardment Group, 455th Bomb Squadron in the war. He was shot down over Germany on February 14, 1945, parachuted to the ground, where he was taken prisoner by the Germans until he was freed on April 29, 1945.
